• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently.
• Passionate about helping others and mission-driven culture.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals and families through supplemental benefit options.
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
