This entry-level, commission-based position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and mentorship. No cold outreach or door-to-door selling is required, and licensing guidance is provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, dependable and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using video conferencing and digital tools.
• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom.
• Identify client needs and guide them through benefit options.
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills.
