The Baldwin Group is seeking a Benefit Specialist to support employees with questions about benefits, claims advocacy, enrollment, and communications. This remote US role is part of Insurance Advisory Solutions and focuses on small group accounts with timely, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include Tier 1 ECC support via phone and email, document management, enrollment assistance, and collaboration with HR and insurance partners. Licensure in relevant states may be required within 90 days.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of call center experience and/or experience working in Employee Benefits.

Mansioni

• Provide Tier 1 ECC support for benefits questions via phone and email.
• Document activity in online client files to ensure quality and responsiveness.
• Provide enrollment support and daily benefit administration tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to Claims Advocacy and build relationships with insurance partners.
• Serve as main point of contact with HR for assigned accounts.
• Identify process improvements and bring issues to leadership.
