AIL is seeking a Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative to connect with clients virtually and help them understand their available benefit options. No previous experience is required, as we provide training, mentorship, coaching, and the tools needed to succeed.

You will meet with clients, enroll them in eligible programs, and maintain strong relationships while delivering professional customer service in a 100% remote setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training, mentorship, coaching provided.
• You’ll connect with clients virtually and support them in understanding benefits.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients to discuss benefit options.
• Help individuals and families enroll in eligible programs.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and build client relationships.
• Coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Follow established processes with mentorship support.
• Participate in weekly coaching and team meetings.
