You’ll receive training, support, and opportunities for professional growth as you communicate with clients via scheduled phone and virtual conversations, listening to needs, explaining options, and guiding next steps.

Responsabilités

• Connect with clients through scheduled phone and virtual conversations
• Listen to questions and understand each client’s individual needs
• Explain available benefit options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Help clients navigate the process and determine appropriate next steps
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout each interaction
• Follow up with clients when additional assistance is needed
• Maintain organized and accurate client information
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
• Work with team leaders to continually improve the client experience
