Job summary

The Laughton Company is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage day-to-day needs for a book of primarily small-group, fully insured and level-funded clients. You will work with benefits advisors to renewals and open enrollment, ensuring accurate client information and timely service.

The role requires at least three years in employee benefits account management, with hands-on renewal support and knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in employee benefits account management or related roles.
• Experience supporting fully insured group health plans and renewals.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day service contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Respond to benefit questions and resolve issues related to claims, billing, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal team members to move issues to resolution.
