We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager who can step into an established book of primarily small-group, fully insured and level-funded clients and manage their day-to-day needs with limited training.
The Account Manager works closely with multiple benefits advisors, typically three, who retain overall ownership of the client relationship and provide guidance on renewal strategy. The Account Manager leads the work needed to keep each account moving, from resolving daily service issues through preparing renewals and coordinating open enrollment.
We prefer a candidate based in the Reno area, but we are open to hiring the right experienced professional remotely. Remote employees must be available during Pacific Time business hours and should expect to travel approximately once per quarter to Reno and Las Vegas. Occasional client travel may also be required.
The anticipated salary range is $50,000-$70,000 annually, based on relevant experience, licensing, and qualifications. TLC offers a benefits package that includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, an HSA option, and a 401(k) plan.
