CRC Group is seeking an ASD Account Manager to service a high-volume portfolio of small group employer accounts. This remote role requires an active Life & Health Insurance License and licenses in TX, NY, NJ, MD, MA, or ME, with Eastern/Central business hours.

You will manage day-to-day client service, renewals, and compliance, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining CRM records with accuracy and discipline.

Formación

• Two+ years in small group employee health benefits preferred.
• Insurance Producer's License required.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA and ACA/Health Care Reform.
• Familiarity with carrier submissions for new business and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for a high-volume portfolio via phone and email.
• Maintain client/carrier relationships with proactive outreach and virtual meetings.
• Triage requests, route to appropriate internal teams, and ensure resolution.
• Support renewals and coordinate plan options with clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with compliance questions.
