Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or consultative role.
• Experience in broker agency or benefits administration preferred.
• Current Life and Health license required.
• Proficient with MS Office and database tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day book of business and client needs.
• Lead renewal processes with internal teams.
• Conduct enrollment meetings and strategy calls.
• Advise clients on cost reduction and benefits options.
• Build proactive client relationships with regular updates.
