Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits to oversee a book of employee benefits clients. You will lead a team, coordinate account coordinators, and ensure service quality, renewals, data management, and effective client communication.

The role supports remote work across Eastern and Central time zones with on-site as needed; requires 5+ years experience, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills. Competitive salary 70-90K plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service, anticipate client needs, and maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team and direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate new business setup, renewals, data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
