Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative to oversee sales for the Belgard product line. The role is remote but based in Orange County, CA, focusing on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, generating leads, and developing strategies with contractors.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in a multi-million-dollar territory, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• 5+ years related experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Ability to lift products up to 50lbs.
• Experience within the building materials industry.
• Ability to navigate through a CRM platform.
• Preferred bilingual – Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Work with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and develop action plans.
• Prepare sales projects and prospecting reports for monthly meetings.
• Compile dealer sales data and share results with production for planning.
• Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts.
• Other duties as needed.
