Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative for the Northwest Georgia Metro region. You will manage a multi-million-dollar territory, serve as the trusted advisor to customers, contractors, and dealers, and grow Belgard’s footprint with strategic outreach.

You will leverage knowledge of the building materials industry to drive results in a fast-paced environment, while enjoying autonomy and the backing of a national leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory in building materials or construction.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a territory-based role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executives and contractors.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain customer relationships by building trust and increasing sales.
• Prospect and develop new business to expand Belgard’s footprint in the region.
• Collaborate with contractors and dealers to craft tailored sales strategies.
• Stay ahead of market trends and adapt to opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and translate data into actionable insights.
• Close with confidence by providing accurate quotes and terms.
• Perform related duties across sales, logistics, and customer service.
