Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking compassionate remote behavioral health therapists to deliver virtual measurement-informed care using evidence-based models. You will work with a team including wellness coaches and clinical supervisors, maintain confidentiality, and document session notes.

You must hold a Master's in psychology, social work, or related field, be licensed in Wyoming or eligible, commit 15–19 hours weekly, and adhere to telecommuter policy. Pay range includes benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Current, active and unrestricted license in the state of Wyoming (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT or state equivalent).
• Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours a week, and a maximum of 19 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, follow-up communications and care coordination notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following company protocols.
• Attend regular supervision, training sessions, and Town Halls.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with annual training requirements.
