Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Behavioral Care team seeks professionals to deliver remote, evidence-based behavioral health care and coordinate services for participants nationwide. Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Current, active, unrestricted license in Washington state.
• Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources, and obtaining consent and authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following company protocols.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and complete annual training.
