Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a compassionate licensed behavioral health therapist to deliver virtual care across the United States. You will work with a collaborative care team and supervisors to provide evidence-based interventions and ensure high-quality patient care from a remote setting.

The role requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field and an active Delaware license (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT), with a commitment of 10–19 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license in Delaware (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT).
• Ability to maintain 10–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care via evidence-based models.
• Monitor progress, follow up, document session notes.
• Coordinate access to resources and obtain consents/authorizations.
• Identify and respond to high-risk situations per policy.
• Attend regular supervisor meetings, trainings, and town halls.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and complete annual training.
