Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is recruiting a compassionate behavioral health professional to deliver remote, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population across the U.S. You will join a collaborative team of coaches, clinicians, and supervisors to provide virtual services and maintain HIPAA standards.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field and Delaware licensure eligibility with 10–19 hours/week availability.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted Delaware license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Commitment to 10–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes.
• Participate as a member of the care team and assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns, following company protocols.
• Participate in meetings with supervisors, training sessions, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and annual training requirements.
