Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care is seeking a compassionate therapist to deliver virtual behavioral health services nationwide from anywhere in the US. You will join a collaborative care team with supervisors and coaches, applying evidence-based practices to patients remotely.

The role emphasizes privacy under HIPAA, care coordination, and meticulous documentation. A Montana license and a part-time schedule (15–19 hrs/week) are required, with flexible remote availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active Montana-based license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models.
• Monitor participant progress, follow up, and document session notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk encounters following company protocols.
• Participate in supervision, training sessions, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and complete annual training.
