Oscar Health Insurance is hiring a Network Coordinator to support the Network Contracting team. You will help execute the local network strategy and ensure providers have the information and support needed to deliver high-quality member care.

You will report to the Director, Network Contracting. This remote role is open to residents in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri or Texas, with occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years healthcare experience required.
• 1+ years of work experience in project management, operations or related.
• 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google suite).
• 1+ years of client-facing or customer support experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts with ancillaries, facilities, and physicians.
• Experience in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Support the design/execution of a network plan for a market with manager support.
• Meet metrics and SLAs including provider issue resolution and contract completion.
• Support contracting negotiations including data entry, research, and outreach.
• Assist with provider identification, sourcing, and contracting efforts regionally.
• Document provider feedback to improve templates and processes.
• Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
