Job summary

Oscar Health Insurance in Tempe, Arizona, is hiring a Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team. The role supports project tasks around our delegated vendors and reports to the Manager, Behavioral Health.

This hybrid position requires 2+ years of experience, familiarity with QA and claims testing, Jira, ACA payer knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
• Experience with ticketing system (Jira)
• Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance
• Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
