Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead clinicians in delivering whole-person, trauma-informed care for individuals with substance use disorders. The role emphasizes clinician wellbeing, ongoing professional development, and patient-centered outcomes.

The position is remote, with a schedule Monday–Friday. Requirements include active NC licensure with a supervisory credential and at least two years of SUD therapy experience.

Qualifications

• MSW (CSWE-accredited) degree and NC licensure with supervisor credential required.
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical practice with SUD experience preferred.
• Telehealth experience and strong patient-centered care philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians weekly.
• Lead therapy services for patients with SUD via in-person and telehealth modalities.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Operations to align clinical care and operations.
• Maintain supervision documentation and reporting per NC board standards.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and recovery resources.
