We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor in North Carolina to supervise associate clinicians, guide treatment planning, review documentation, and provide crisis consultation as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, independent North Carolina clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential (LCSW, LCMHCS, or LMFT with AAMFT Approved Supervisor).
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision remotely is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse staff.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while participating in video sessions and documentation work.

Responsabilités

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians in NC.
• Guide clinicians in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical practice using a non-paternalistic approach.
• Review clinical documentation and treatment plans to support quality of care.
• Be available for clinical consultation on complex cases and crisis situations.
