Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide remote, board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians in North Carolina. This part-time role includes managing a personal caseload and supervising associates as the team grows.

You’ll supervise weekly sessions, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and apply evidence-based modalities like CBT, MI, and DBT to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active, independent NC clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Residence in one of the states: FL, GA, OH, NY, NC, TN, TX, or PA.
• Remote supervision experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse staff.
• Passion for Steadfast Health’s mission to provide low-barrier, harm-reduction SUD care.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians through weekly supervision.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator to align clinical care and operations.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting per NC board standards.
• Provide individual and group therapy for patients via in-person and telehealth.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and recovery resources.
