Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide remote board-approved supervision to associate-level clinicians in North Carolina. This part-time role involves a caseload and supervising associates, with influence on supervision practices and clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold active, independent NC licensure with a board‑recognized supervisory credential.
• Must reside in FL, GA, OH, NY, NC, TN, TX, or PA.
• Experience supervising remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide board‑approved clinical supervision to associate‑level clinicians through weekly supervision.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator or Operations Director.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting per NC board standards.
• Provide individual and group therapy via telehealth and in-person as needed.
• Educate patients and families on SUD, co‑occurring disorders, and recovery resources.
