Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead clinicians and deliver whole-person, trauma-informed care to individuals with substance use disorders. Qualifikationen

• Active, independent North Carolina clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy for substance use disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians weekly.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure treatment plans adherence.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Operations to align clinical care and goals.
• Maintain supervision documentation and reporting per NC standards.
• Offer individual and group therapy, in-person and via telehealth, per policy.
