Qualifications

• Active LCSW (NC) license with post-licensure practice.
• LCMHCS (NC) required to supervise LCMHCA.
• LMFT (NC) with AAMFT Approved Supervisor status.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly board-approved clinical supervision to associate clinicians.
• Guide case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical practice.
• Review documentation and treatment plans for quality and standards.
• Consult on complex cases and crisis, aiding higher-level care decisions.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Operations leadership.
• Maintain supervision documentation and NC board reporting.
• Support clinicians' progression toward full licensure.
