Qualifications

• At least 2 years of operations experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Comfort with digital clinic tools (EMR, telehealth, digital intake).
• Experience with insurance and medical claims processes.
• Ability to follow outlined patient onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient access operations including appointments and inquiries.
• Coordinate patient outreach and engagement across tracking systems.
• Execute daily operational tasks such as schedules and EHR updates.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Process financial transactions and insurance verification with patients.
• Maintain QA and data integrity; audit reports and charts for accuracy.
• Develop reports to support leadership and identify workflow improvements.
