Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive the lifecycle of behavioral health products and translate strategy into delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and prioritize work while advancing network quality for MA and MCD."

The role emphasizes provider performance, scorecards, and Pay-for-Performance initiatives to improve member outcomes and access across plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years’ experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management within a managed care setting.
• Skilled in developing strategic partnerships and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support behavioral health initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams and implement strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in provider performance measurement and network adequacy.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network access across BH domains for MA and MCD.
• Develop provider scorecards and tiering systems.
• Collaborate with MA/MCD teams and market leadership for improvements.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance projects for MA and expand in MCD.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and strategic provider relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for issue resolution and strategic partnerships.
