Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive the product lifecycle within the Behavioral Health portfolio.

Reporting to a portfolio director, you will translate strategy into delivery, form cross-functional teams, set priorities, and own value-based delivery across MA and MCD lines of business. This remote role requires 8+ years in network strategy or behavioral health, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management within a managed care setting.
• Skilled in developing strategic partnerships and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support behavioral health initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams and implement strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in provider performance measurement and network adequacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve BH network access across MA and MCD.
• Develop, implement, and manage provider scorecards and tiering systems.
• Collaborate with MA and MCD teams to drive network quality and efficiency.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance (P4P) projects and expand programs within MCD.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and strategic provider partnerships.
