You will partner with clinical, analytics, and business teams to translate insights into business cases and invest in high-impact opportunities that improve quality and affordability for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in healthcare strategy or 4+ years from top-tier consulting.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations with data analysis.
• Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who navigates ambiguity and manages competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve clinical performance across priority populations.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and adoption approaches for new initiatives.
• Maintain strategic roadmaps and a pipeline of future opportunities aligned to priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality, cost, and member outcomes.
• Partner with analytics and clinical leaders to ensure measures align with objectives.
• Support governance processes related to clinical performance measurement.
