Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive product delivery within the Behavioral Health portfolio, translating strategy into execution across departments. You will lead cross-functional teams and advance network quality and access for MA and MCD populations.

The role emphasizes developing and executing value-based initiatives, managing provider relationships, and delivering strategic outcomes for better member care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or business discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management within managed care.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaborations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve BH network access across MA and MCD.
• Develop and manage provider scorecards and tiering.
• Collaborate with MA and MCD teams to improve network quality.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance (P4P) initiatives for MA; support MCD programs.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and provider relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for issue resolution and partnerships.
