Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive product delivery for behavioral health initiatives across MA and MCD lines of business. You will translate strategy into action, build cross-departmental teams, and set priorities to deliver value-based improvements for members.

The role focuses on advancing network quality and access, launching pay-for-performance projects, and managing strategic partnerships with large provider groups. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• 8+ years in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health in managed care.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and engage with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with provider performance measurement and network adequacy experience.
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve BH network access across MA and MCD.
• Develop and manage provider scorecards and tiering systems.
• Collaborate across MA/MCD network teams and market leadership for continuous improvement.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance projects to drive member outcomes.
• Manage relationships with large provider groups and resolve issues.
