Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive product lifecycle within the Behavioral Health portfolio. You will translate strategy into delivery, form cross-functional teams, and own delivery priorities to improve network quality and member outcomes.

The role focuses on advancing behavioral health network access for MA and MCD, developing strategies to enhance provider performance, and leading pay-for-performance initiatives with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years experience in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management in managed care.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with provider performance measurement and network adequacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain real-time insights into BH network access across MA and MCD.
• Develop and manage provider scorecards and tiering to assess performance and quality.
• Collaborate with MA/MCD network teams and leadership for continuous network improvement.
• Launch and lead Pay-for-Performance projects for MA providers and expand programs in MCD.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and strategic provider relationships.
