Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Advisor to drive the product lifecycle within the behavioral health portfolio. You will translate strategy into delivery and work across departments to align teams and prioritize efforts for successful outcomes.

You will advance network quality and access across MA and MCD populations, developing and executing strategies to improve provider performance, access, and value-based care initiatives that enhance member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in network strategy or behavioral health in managed care.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and provider performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve BH network access and provider performance.
• Develop provider scorecards and tiering.
• Collaborate with MA and MCD networks for improvements.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance projects for MA and MCD.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and provider relationships.
