Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related behavioral health.
• Colorado licensure candidacy or licensure.
• Active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or candidacy; dual licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and assessment to determine client’s individual treatment needs
• Complete collaborative, client-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives
• Document client progress toward therapeutic goals
• Engage clients in individual, family and/or group treatment
• Assist clients in developing natural supports to reduce dependence on systems of care
• Provide services in person and via secure tele-behavioral health platform
• Provide crisis response services on a rotational basis
