Job summary

Centuria Behavioral Health Center in Pueblo, Colorado, seeks a licensed LMHC for a full-time remote role to provide evidence-based mental health care to diverse clients. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Colorado LMHC license.
• Minimum of four years of mental health counseling experience.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions and teach coping strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians; provide referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current.
