Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field leading to Colorado licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• Experience working with diverse populations and culturally sensitive practices.
• Ability to travel within the agency’s geographic region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and assessment to determine client needs.
• Develop collaborative, client-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Document progress toward therapeutic goals and ensure timely reporting.
• Engage clients in individual, family, and group treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Offer crisis response services on a rotational basis.
• Conduct services both in person and via secure tele-behavioral health platforms.
