Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with clinical license in CA and masters or PhD/ RN with behavioral health experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing behavioral health services.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic records and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Sets and reinforces member-focused team culture.
• Manages licensed and/or Masters-level behavioral health staff to ensure sound clinical decisions and quality documentation.
• Supports authorization and utilization management for facility-based and outpatient care.
• Prepares reports and analyzes data to coach the team to meet metrics.
• Partners with Training & Quality for process improvement and skill refinement.
• Identifies trends and interventions to improve care in a positive environment.
• Ensures services comply with clinical guidelines and care coordination processes.
