Mindoula Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to work full-time and remotely from anywhere within the United States. The role leverages Mindoula’s care teams, mobile engagement app, psychometrics, and predictive analytics to support patients.

Responsibilities include accepting handoffs, building rapport, guiding relapse-prevention strategies, and coordinating with PCPs and psychiatrists. Strong documentation and EMR experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Strong documentation and data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and continue care.
• Develop rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Encourage patients to express feelings and discuss personal life developments.
• Guide patients in developing skills to manage problems and triggers to prevent relapse.
• Encourage participation in social/therapeutic activities to build interpersonal skills.
• Educate patients on medication adherence and report findings to PCP/psychiatrist.
• Communicate treatment recommendations and updates across the care team.
• Maintain Mindoula's EMR documentation accurately and promptly.
• Present follow-ups to the psychiatrist with necessary information.
