• Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within Ascend model while overseeing a team of Therapists (80–85% direct care).
• Monitor productivity, documentation timeliness, and schedule utilization; escalate operational issues.
• Support onboarding, provider engagement, and workflow optimization for consistent care.
