Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in state of residence and state of therapy services being rendered (required).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Board-certified to provide clinical supervision (required).
• Prior leadership experience (required).
• Prior policy and procedure development experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while leading a team of therapists.
• Monitor schedule utilization, documentation timeliness, and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding and integration of new therapists.
• Provide coaching, bi-annual evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations and Therapy leadership to optimize workflows.
