Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted independent license in the state of residence and where services are rendered (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.
• Prior leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within Ascend model with leadership responsibilities.
• Monitor team performance metrics and act as first point of escalation for operational issues.
• Support onboarding and integration of new Therapists and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Therapy leadership to optimize interdisciplinary workflows.
