Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted independent license in state of primary residence and state of therapy services being rendered (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Prior policy and procedure development experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Ascend model with 80–85% clinical focus and 15–20% admin work.
• Oversee assigned Therapist direct reports, monitor productivity and documentation.
• Support onboarding and integration of new Therapists.
• Provide coaching, bi-annual performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations and Therapy leadership to optimize workflows.
