Ascend Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Therapy Team Lead to manage a team of therapists at a CHC site. This role balances direct patient care with leadership duties, focusing on performance metrics, provider engagement, and workflow optimization.

The position is fully remote, with potential in-person requirements as needed. You will oversee onboarding, provide coaching, conduct bi-annual evaluations, and ensure regulatory compliance with CEED guidance and chart reviews.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in respective state (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• 3+ years clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Prior policy and procedure development experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while leading a team of Therapists.
• Monitor schedule utilization, documentation timeliness, and performance metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new Therapists.
• Coach, evaluate bi-annual performance, and support professional development.
• Address clinical questions and ensure supervision/CEED guidance is followed.
• Participate in training, chart reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to policy/procedure development and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership to optimize interdisciplinary workflows.
• Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned.
