Qualifications

• Master’s degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing with 4+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN per state contract requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervises care management team and care coordination for behavioral health members.
• Assigns caseloads based on state requirements and staff experience.
• Guides junior staff on escalated and complex BH cases and member concerns.
• Educates team on initiatives and member outreach; monitors quality and productivity metrics.
• Onboard and train care management staff; perform audits as needed.
