Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state contract requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN BH).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care management team and care coordination for behavioral health members.
• Assign caseloads to care management staff based on state requirements and member needs.
• Guide and coach staff on complex care cases and member concerns.
• Educate and provide resources for the care management team on initiatives and member outreach.
• Monitor reports and productivity metrics; may audit staff regularly.
• Participate in onboarding, hiring, and training of care management team.
• Travel up to 10% of time; remote work from a home office; comply with all policies.
