Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and coordinates behavioral health care delivery.
• Manages day-to-day escalations and complex care cases for members and providers.
• Assigns caseloads to staff based on state rules and member needs.
• Provides coaching and guidance to staff and providers to improve care quality and outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state regulations and contractual obligations through documentation reviews.
• Oversees onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
• Maintains reporting on quality and productivity metrics and conducts staff audits as needed.
• Participates in hiring and resource planning for the care management team.
