Lancôme is seeking a Sales and Training Coordinator (STC) or Lancome Market Coordinator to drive retail sales and build a loyal Lancôme clientele. Remote Greater NYC Metro with field time in stores, you will train counter teams, MBBA’s and artists, ensuring merchandising and BA advocacy.

Responsibilities include sourcing and coaching BAs, onboarding new hires, planning events, and coordinating with STE/RS Distributors to optimize launches and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/makeup training and development.
• Proven ability to source, train and retain beauty advisors and freelancers.
• Experience planning events and launches with retailers.
• Strong communication, motivation, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift boxes up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Source, develop, motivate and train Lancome Beauty Advisors through in-store coaching.
• Plan, execute, and follow-up on new hire training using the Lancôme onboarding program.
• Train MBBA’s and store staff to gain advocacy.
• Recruit, train and retain Lancome Artists/Freelancers.
• Ensure BA’s leverage social media/digital assets to drive retail sales.
• Plan and execute events by-retailer.
• Assist STE in major launches and makeup artist events planning, setup and execution.
• Track and recap event statistics to STE and store management.
