Qualifications

• Experienced sales rep in salon or luxury beauty industry.
• College degree with 4+ years in sales/beauty retail preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and maintain relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the continental US and work weekends as needed.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce or related CRM.

Responsibilities

• Secure new partnerships and sell Kerastase and Shu Uemura to luxury salons.
• Facilitate professional product training and support.
• Develop long-term growth strategy and forecast sales with internal data.
• Identify and pursue new salon partnerships; build market share.
• Maintain relationships with existing salons and drive growth; meet territory goals.
• Communicate corporate objectives and programs to the field; manage territory operations.
