Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, and document solutions while guiding end-users. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, issue resolution, and training material development.

We require 3 years’ Epic admin experience, with Epic Certification within 6 months. Associate degree or 2 years of related work experience acceptable; Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Healthcare preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic module systems administration experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS/IS/Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic Beaker applications.
• Analyzes requirements and documents workflows; creates training materials.
• Configures Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolve issues.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve problems and documents solutions.
