Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3–5 years in sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Ability to learn technical concepts and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Research target accounts and engage prospects to understand challenges and goals.
• Qualify leads using BANT or MEDDIC and schedule meetings for sales teams.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Marketing/Sales to improve lead generation.
• Meet/exceed targets for opportunities, meetings, and pipeline.
